Terms of Service

RestaurantOS is intended for restaurant operational workflows such as orders, kitchen updates, payments, receipts, inventory, expenses, reports, exports, staff roles, and audit records.

Restaurants remain responsible for verifying prices, taxes, payment references, staff actions, stock counts, export files, and accountant review before making business or compliance decisions.

The MVP is offline-capable for core-service workflows, not a full offline business system. Refunds, role changes, report generation, payment reconciliation, and official receipt flows require server connectivity.

RestaurantOS provides structured records and exports for review. It does not claim direct URA/EFRIS integration in the MVP.

Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, alter audit records, submit false payment references, misuse another staff account, or use the service for unlawful activity.
